Operati have developed Quotis - an automated estimating SaaS platform for SME bespoke manufacturers.

For manufacturers of custom products, producing accurate quotations in a timely manner is a frequent challenge. Technical staff, rather than salespeople, are relied upon to calculate quotes, often with antiquated spreadsheets.

Quotis automates the estimating process, allowing non-technical salespeople to produce more quotes and to send them via the platform instantly, vastly shortening the sales cycle, increasing revenue and providing a better, improved customer experience.

The Operati team have previously built an ERP platform (Hudman), which was acquired by Advanced in 2017.

Tourhub is an aggregation platform for multi-day touring/adventure holidays. Compared with other travel  segments such as flights, hotels and rental cars, multi-day tours are notoriously hard to aggregate in a standardised fashion given the higher level of complexity. For example, some tours may include travel between destinations, some may include tickets for attractions, some may not accommodate for solo travellers.

Multi-day touring is the fastest growing segment of travel, forecast to grow 20% per annum up to 2030. Currently, travellers cannot easily and accurately compare similar tours from a variety of tour operators, however Tourhub has over 19,000 tours from over 750 operators around the world on the platform.

Tourhub advertise the tours on the operators’ behalf on Facebook and Instagram, with over 7m people across UK, US, Australia and Canada viewing the adverts in 2024 alone. Tourhub charges a commission for any successful bookings.

Seamus Conlon (CEO) previously founded Cruise.co (a cruise holiday aggregator) and scaled the business to £220m turnover, ultimately exiting to Bridgepoint for £52m in 2017.

Hexigone Inhibitors has created Intelli-ion®, an award-winning, patented technology that is designed to replace heavy metal and chromate inhibitors or co-blend with phosphate inhibitors. It provides the coatings market with cost-effective, high performance, sustainable anti-corrosive additives.

The smart technology fights corrosion when used in primers with full system barrier topcoats and is compatible with a broad spectrum of resin types, coating types and coatings manufacturing routes.

Hexigone has recently signed a distribution agreement with Halox, a worldwide distributor of corrosion inhibitors based in the US, who have an acquisitive history in the sector.
